Transparen offers full support to all clients. Office hours are by appointment only. Transparen is staffed 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Business 24 hour remote tech support services are available from Monday 8 AM PST until Friday 8 PM PST. Surrey BC (head office) office hours are from 12-3 PM PST. Toronto office hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Emergency support is available 24/7/365.
